In business, we regularly face an information overload. The dogma for business documents often is “more is better” – long e-mails with huge distribution lists and a variety of attachments, presentations with lots of detailed Power Point Charts and epic Word documents. Reviewing all this and filtering out the truly important things takes valuable time, making work processes and decision making inefficient.
The objective of this training is to enable participants to write well-structured and thought-through documents based on the WOW thinking model, enabling efficient work processes and rapid decision-making. The participants learn how to communicate and present complex topics in a concise, structured and easy to understand way and how to adapt the communication to the needs of the target audience.
