… and sometimes too late to be noticed and appreciated. Not so with Power-Facilitation. We know that the “ballast” of disciplined, purely rational and logical thinking leads to just standard solutions, that good ideas and brilliant solutions have to mature, and that it is often the playful and creative relaxation during breaks from work or at the end of a project that prepares the ground for truly groundbreaking ideas.
Therefore, always stay wide awake for what might come at the end – even for the seemingly trivial or seemingly not quite serious things. Then you will not miss anything – and certainly not the best.
