“Imagination is something that some people cannot even imagine”

This witty quote of Polish-German author Gabriel Laub seems to suggest that there are people without any imagination. Fortunately this is not true; everybody has imagination. Some are aware of it and like to use it when looking for difficult solutions and extraordinary ideas. Some need encouragement and inspiration and are surprised about what unexpected ideas can be achieved with just a little push.

In daily business imagination is not really high in demand. People tend to trust established routines and approaches more. That often works – but not always. Especially when a completely new challenge needs to be tackled. In this case inspiration fires up our imagination. That is why inspiration is a key tool in the BBF Power-Facilitation approach.
