Things may turn out differently than you think

And that’s a good thing as only in the unexpected lies the chance to develop new ideas and solutions. The familiar experience that things often turn out quite differently to what was expected is therefore no reason for resignation and discouragement. On the contrary, it gives way to hope and the prospect of new paths that might otherwise not have been considered at all.

You can turn things over in your mind again and again in order to provide for all eventualities, but all that is void should circumstances occur that have not been catered for. What’s more, if we are too focused on a plan, we might not be able to perceive and use the power of these dynamics to achieve great and spontaneous results, breakthroughs and true progress.
